- The Real Estate Apprentice™ Foundation today announced
the names of the Top 30 Semi-Finalists for the Real Estate Apprentice
Grants for Season II (Jan-June, 05). They are:

”Season II Semi-Finalists represent a rich source
of latent industry talent that would be a compliment to any
real estate brokerage company” said Deputy Executive
Director Dr. Martin Oliver.
Total grant applications received during Season II were 3,593,
up 127% from Season I. The top 1% of applicants are now to
advance for final assessment. Once evaluated, 10 will become
Finalists. To the Finalists will go: One Grand Prize Grant
consisting of real estate product and services (approximate
value $75,000), and nine Finalist’s grants (approximate
value in products and services $5,000 each).
