The extremely popular two-day ASR® Designation (Accredited Seller Representative) Course is not only available through the accredited Seller Agency Council instructors and approved RealtyU® Affiliates, it is also available online through RealtyU® Online.

The online ASR® designation course is the exact same format as the classroom version.  All class modules are presented in their full form: Module I (The Old vs. The New Model); Module II (The Market Area Specialist); Module III (The Pursuit of the Saleable Listing); and Module IV (The Process of Turning Listing into Sold). Beyond the multimedia component, the online ASR® course provides each student with various special features such as an online notebook.  This enhanced feature allows the student to take notes pertaining to any aspect of the course.  When that particular section of the course is reviewed, the online system automatically produces the student’s pertinent notes, courseware, and the workbook section.

The full ASR® course, including module quizzes and final exam, was developed with the goal of assisting the student in mastering the course goals and objectives. The real estate industry has needed a program focused specifically on representing the seller since the early 1990’s, and the ASR® Program is the clear culmination of that need: a highly professional online course totally devoted to helping the agent reach an exceptional level of seller representation. 

When each student has satisfied the necessary requirements to successfully complete the course, the Seller Agency Council automatically and immediately confers candidacy of ASR® membership, recognizing that student as an official ASR® Designee.
