Coursedates.com Reaches 1,000 Mark

ALISO VIEJO, CA. July. 29, 2005 - RealtyU®, the nation's

school network, announced today that CourseDates.com (www.CourseDates.com),
its
joint initiative created by hundreds of real estate educators and instructors
across the country, has reached its first target goal of listing 1,000 class
dates. “This milestone places CourseDates.com as the leading provider of
real estate course scheduling in the industry,” says Thomas Mitchell, COO
of RealtyU®. CourseDates.com, described as “Real Estate Training’s
Ultimate Search Engine,” has now accomplished its goal of creating one
convenient Internet portal for all real estate agents he said. The portal allows
real estate brokers and agents to find information pertaining to 1,000 real estate
classes and courses being held in classrooms or online across the country. This
schedule is updated daily to insure the accuracy and currency of the information.
According to Mitchell "CourseDates is a free service to all users and there
are no hidden charges or transaction fees. Participating educators and instructors
pay a fee through their respective real estate schools and colleges in order
to provide this service to the real estate industry." At the present time
CourseDates provides up-to-date classroom scheduling information on courses being
taught by all RealtyU® real estate schools and colleges. There are six course
categories available for real estate students and professionals to choose from:
Licensing, Proficiency, Designations, Mentoring, CE and general Skills-Based
Training.

The site is extremely user friendly and incorporates a Google –like search
capability that provides users the capability to quickly locate a desired real
estate course,” Mitchell said. Searches can be made by city, state, course
title, date or keyword and results provide extensive details including the real
estate school that is offering the class, the date, time and location of the
actual event, contact details on how to register, details about the affiliated
real estate association and the qualification criteria to earn any related designation.
In many cases CourseDates also provides an outline of the real estate course
itself.
Classes are listed in some 40 different categories and range from designations
such as Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, Senior Housing Specialist and Certified
Seller's Agent to continuing education, appraisal, home inspection as well as
pre and post licensing. Currently only half of all RealtyU® real estate schools
courses are being listed with the balance. According to CourseDates the list
is constantly expanding and by the end of 2005 it will have all RealtyU® real
estate classes listed in approximately 400 cities and towns across the nation.
