Australian Author Ian Grace
Joins Line Up Of Top Authors at the RealtyU® Bookstore

Aliso Viejo, CA, Apr 12, 2006 - “Introducing a fun element into your working day can make you profitable” says Ian Grace in his recently published book, “Hundreds of Real Estate Customer Service Ideas.” This book together with “Hoodoo – How to Write Real Estate Advertising that Sells Every Time” is now available online through the RealtyU Bookstore.

Grace challenges the real estate agent to embed fun into the company’s business culture when working with the whole spectrum of customers including the internal customer in the workplace. He argues the point that Realtors® have to change the way they think about customer service by determining what the customer wants.

            Although Grace lives ‘Downunder,’ he is one of only two non-North Americans ever to be invited to speak at the National Association of Realtors® Convention four times. He has been a trainer since 1972 and has delivered his Customer Service Programs to industry groups such as Real Estate, Newspapers, Retail/Wholesale and Motor companies throughout the USA, Canada, UK and Australia. His customer Service program was Nationally Accredited in Australia through The Australian Institute of Management.  His experience extended into the Ad writing business and his series of Press and Internet Ad writing articles were published in the National Real Estate Magazine in Canada and Real Estate Industry Journals in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

According to Grace, the benefit of a good real estate ad is a key element in being a successful real estate agent. Writing and placing a good ad compared to a bad ad requires about the same amount of effort, costs the same amount of money but the results are vastly different. Good ads allow Realtors® to win more listings, find more buyers, are more likely achieve a higher price and potentially increase repeat and referral business.
