Luxury Home Instructor of the Year

  • Award goes to RealtyU® Instructor Hugh Ryall

    ALISO VIEJO, CA, January 24, 2007 – Hugh Ryall, President of RealtyU’s Affiliate in South Carolina, Hugh Ryall Seminars, has been named Luxury Homes Instructor of the Year for 2006 by the Luxury Home Council. This is the second straight year that Ryall has won the award. According to Scot Spalding, Director of the Luxury Home Council, “Hugh has been the greatest contributor to the success of the of Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) course during 2006.”
    The Luxury Home Council is the owner of the ALHS designation and in conjunction with The RealtyU School Network provides this course across the country. The Luxury Home Council is an elite membership of top real estate agents throughout the United States that focus on serving properties priced at the higher end of the residential market. Inclusion into the Luxury Home Council requires members to meet or exceed minimum standards of knowledge and achievement demonstrating their expertise in the luxury homes market.

    Members of the Council subscribe to a dedication like no others. They strive to provide exceptional service to affluent clients though rigorous education focusing on the luxury home market and their understanding of the special demands of affluent buyers and sellers.     Hugh Ryall has been the recipient of many accolades over the years including being honored as the “Outstanding Educator of the Year by the South Carolina Association of Realtors, he is a lifetime member of the Columbia Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, a senior instructor for the Realtors Education Foundation in South Carolina and has taught extensively at the state and local levels for the South Carolina Real Estate Commission the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors, and the South Carolina Association of Realtors. Ryall was among the first twelve members ever tapped for membership in the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council Hall of Fame which honors outstanding leaders in the field of Buyer Agency and was named by Agency Law Quarterly as one of the Top 50 Agency Instructors in the country the past two years.

    Over the years has continually served the industry in various capacities: President of the Palmetto Real Estate Educators Association, National Marketing Committee Chairman for the Real Estate Educators Association, the National Education Chairman for the National Association of Exclusive Buyers Agents. He has also been a great spokesman for the industry over the years: A featured speaker at the Real Estate Educators Association National Convention and the NAEBA National Convention. He has served on the Board of Directors of REEA, as the Region 6 REEA Regional Vice President and as a program chairman for REEA National Conference.
