  • ALISO VIEJO, CA., Jun. 21, 2005 - RealtyU® America's largest network of real estate schools with over 200 locations today announced that The Austin Institute of Real Estate with its five locations - one of the largest Texas Real Estate Commission approved course providers in Texas and the market leader in Austin - has been accepted as a RealtyU® Affiliate. They join Champions School of Real Estate, the market leader and RealtyU® Affiliate in Houston and Dallas, as well as Continuing Education Institute in Grand Prairie, Rhonda Hamilton Learning Services in Longview and The Academy of Regulated Real Estate Courses in Lubbock.

    For 15 years The Austin Institute of Real Estate (www.austininstitute.com) has been teaching students from all walks of life the courses required to obtain or renew a Texas real estate license. The Austin Institute of Real Estate was established in 1989 by owners Wayne & Lynn Morgan. Both are real estate brokers with over $175 million in closed transactions and authors of ""How to Get Rich In Real Estate... And Have A Life!" During the last 15 years they have also successfully trained between 30,000 - 35,000 real estate agents. She also served as a branch manager and later even as General Manager for the company. Wayne Morgan started his career in retail, an industry with large amounts of inventory, and many accounts receivable. In his quest for a better business model he discovered that real estate schools had no inventory, no accounts receivable and that payment was upfront. Today their school offers tools and products combined with a full curriculum of business courses designed to teach real estate brokers and agents utilizing experiential learning techniques that make learning fun, exciting and meaningful. They also show how to design, build and run their own real estate business, invest the profits into low-risk, high-yield investment properties, attain complete financial freedom and then go out and fulfill their life's purpose.
