The Real Estate Apprentice Foundation and
Real Estate Grant Program
The Real Estate
Apprentice Foundation is a California Non-Profit Public
Benefit Corporation that manages the Real Estate Apprentice
Grant Program. The Real Estate Grant Program is designed to
raise the standards and levels of professionalism for real estate
agents in general by awarding 5,000 semi-annual real estate
grants totaling $1,000,000.
Real
estate grants are sponsored by various leading real estate
companies, service providers and industry leaders including:
First American Corporation - the leading provider of real

in real estate agent corporate identity and branding; Thomson
Learning - a leading publisher of books in real estate, law,
tax and accounting;; McLean International - a respected real

Every year the Real Estate Apprentice Foundation appoints
a new panel of 14 judges to select real estate grant winners.
Judges are appointed based on real estate industry experience,
leadership, vision and impartiality. Judges are industry leaders,
real estate authors, business professionals, CEO's of large
real estate brokerages and successful top producing REALTORS®.
Finalists are reviewed based on selection criteria
that include essays and interviews that are graded on traits
such as communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, salesmanship
skills, uniqueness, creativity and integrity. See
