In order to receive your real estate license, real estate agents have to pass their state's real estate final test and exam. It is important to note that each state has a different test and/or exam and there is no shortcut to obtain your real estate license.
If taking a test scares you, don't worry. RealtyU® has many real estate instructors located in over 250 real estate school campuses across the country that can help you pass the real estate exam. RealtyU® real estate schools are usually located in large cities or large suburban areas. Overall, RealtyU® real estate schools have one of the highest real estate test pass rates in the country, with many individual locations averaging over 90%.
You can also prepare for the real estate exam online or via CD ROM. The cost of the different online real estate exam prep programs and /or CD ROMS usually depends on the amount of practice questions you will be given. Cost will also vary depending on how long you want access to the online real estate test questions and receive help. Some CD ROM packages have over 1,000 practice test questions.
