ALISO VIEJO, CA, February 13, 2006 – iSucceed,
the most comprehensive provider of insider secrets of top producing agents is
pleased to welcome three superstars to its growing list of powerhouse Mentors.
Wynne Achatz
Wynne Achatz is the Broker/Owner with Westrick Real Estate One (www.wynnea.com)
at two Michigan locations – Algonac and Marine City. According to Crain’s
Business Report, “Year after year, Real Estate One is Michigan’s
largest real estate company,” and Wynne was the first agent in Michigan
to receive the “Perfect Partner” Award in the Real Estate One family.
Combining over 28 years of real estate sales experience with lifelong residency
in her own market, Wynne enjoys the rare opportunity to operate a 4th generation
family business that began in 1889. She has mastered the full range of
residential real estate transactions, from the small lot to estate and luxury
homes, and last year grossed over $6 million in revenue. Her market is
an unusual one, a predominantly rural area about 60 miles outside metropolitan
Detroit. She notes that “It's the personalized service and rapt attention
we give that keeps clients coming back again and again.”
Wynne strongly advocates community service and volunteerism, believing they
are the cornerstone of her credibility and the amazing 117-year reputation of
the Achatz name. Since she is a hospital minister and volunteer, Wynne
is also very active with the Downriver Community Center, helping seniors learn technology,
delivering meals on wheels, and supporting their annual “Off their
Rocker” musical. Wynne has also pioneered the use of technology in her
business since the mid 1990’s. Beyond her passion for home sales,
she has served her profession locally, state-wide and nationally on numerous
Realtor® Association committees.
Also a prolific writer, she has penned articles for Realty Times, RIS Media,
and Real Estate Business Magazine and, with iSucceed Mentor Ken Deshaies, co-authored
a book entitled “How To Make Your Realtor Get You The Best Deal”.
Alan Mah
Alan Mah of Park Georgia Realty (www.321sold.net)
has enjoyed his reputation for honesty and reliability as an award-winning Realtor® in
Vancouver for more than 20 years. As a Gold Master Medallion member of
the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board for 12 years, he has successfully negotiated
more than 1,000 real estate transactions. Alan is also a long-time Cyberstar
member, recently winning the 2006 “Cyberstar of the Year” award.
Although Alan has developed a large customer base composed primarily of native
Canadians, he has one powerful advantage: he is fluent in several Asian languages
and is therefore capable of conducting business in Cantonese, Taiwanese and Mandarin. As
the real estate industry becomes more sophisticated and challenging every day,
Alan is also a well-known leader in the use of cutting-edge technology to help
prospective clients. In fact since he began using his newest proprietary technological
innovation 18 months ago he has yet to loose a listing.
Alan realizes that,
as with any major business transaction, the most successful home sale will be
achieved with the services of an experienced professional. In response,
he likes to focus on honest counsel, superior service, and technological advancements
to keep his business thriving and maintain a proper perspective. His motto
mirrors his balanced lifestyle, “The business of living is living, not
business.”
Joe Kennedy
As creator of the Accredited Seller Representative® (ASR®) Designation
Program, Joe Kennedy can’t help but admit, “The real estate business
is in my blood.” A licensed Realtor® since he was 18 years old,
Joe’s role as an instructor began in the mid-1970’s when he assumed
recruiting and training duties for his brokerage firm. Since that time, he has
developed into one of the best real estate educators in Georgia. “I’ve
always wanted to do my part to raise professional standards,” Joe says,
and his record demonstrates that he’s certainly done that. Joe served as
revision author of “Real Estate Dynamics,” Georgia’s
most widely used textbook for the real estate salesperson and brokers pre-licensing
exam, and was also one of the first to recognize the potential of computer-based
training by writing and developing the ProStar® pre-license salesperson
training system.
Kennedy’s
most significant contribution is undoubtedly the ASR® designation. The first
program to focus exclusively on the selling side of the transaction, the ASR® designation
was created in response to the success of the Accredited Buyer Representative
(ABR®) designation. Joe determined that, since the introduction of buyer
agency into the industry over a decade ago, educational programming for Realtors® has
been proportionately unbalanced in favor of the buyer. “My goal is to raise
the level of professional service delivered to the seller by today’s Realtors®;
thus, balancing the real estate transaction so that both seller and buyer receive
proper professional representation.”
