Unique Agent Rewards Program For Clients
A REAL ESTATE TELE-SEMINAR
ALISO VIEJO, CA, October 3, 2006 Imagine taking your most challenging market competitors and using their feedback via an ingenious rewards program to streamline your own business.  It’s a simple, mutually beneficial program whose ROI is a no-brainer, especially compared with the pittance of investment dollars required to get your competition’s committed participation.

            iSucceed Mentor Teresa Grindinger developed the program for a variety of reasons, but chiefly as a value-added tool during her listing presentations to guarantee her prospects of feedback on showings.  She explains in a iSucceed Tele-Seminar, “I knew it was vital to keep sellers informed on the outcomes of property showings, and yet it was difficult to get agents to voluntarily give that feedback.  That’s why I created the ‘Agent Feedback Rewards Program’.  We were getting a 20% response rate before we instituted the program, and today that number has jumped to 80%.”  The program takes the form of a raffle-like contest, where winners receive various types of gift cards for things like gas or music.

            The program grew over time, and Grindinger was seeing a more consistent response, so she made a shift and included a key partner to defer the cost of the winnings.  In return, she offered free advertising – a perfect match for all involved parties.  “We started the program on a weekly basis, and the feedback has remained strong, so we’ve gone bimonthly now,” she remarks.  “We’ll hand out gas cards and gift cards, but we recently partnered with a sponsor, Outback Restaurants, who now pays for all of our gifts and for whom we advertise in the winning announcements that we distribute to all of the agents in our area.”

            That strategy has worked well for Grindinger’s TAG Team, allowing them to take advantage of the feedback they receive for a host of purposes.  Teresa explains, “We use the feedback in a variety of ways, including judging our sales effectiveness, and as a benchmark to test market presence.”  And that’s just the beginning – Grindinger and team also use the information to time property sales and compare their foot traffic against the local competition.
