Bill co-founded iSucceed, Inc. in 1999 with David D'Arcangelo and a group of the real estate industry's top producers as a peer-to-peer productivity vehicle for real estate agents to gain first-hand moneymaking tips and business strategies from existing successful real estate agents. Prior to co-founding iSucceed, Bill conceptualized and co-founded Caribiner International where he successfully built the company as President/CEO from a start up to an $800 million New York Stock Exchange company during a 10-year period. Under Mr. Shue's direction Caribiner became the leader in corporate training and audio video productions. He holds a BS in accounting from Rider University and a MBA in finance from the University of Houston. He has also held various professional licenses including CPA, insurance license, and Securities licenses 7, 24, and 27.









Mel Aclaro is a certified Realtor® and training specialist.  Following a successful career as a Naval Flight Officer and Training Officer in the U.S. Navy, Mel earned his M.B.A. and began a corporate career in 1995 while with Andersen Consulting in Washington, D.C.  As a Training and Organizational Development Consultant, Mel enjoyed challenges managing enterprise- and small-scale training engagements for such organizations as:  Marriott International, Bell Atlantic, GE Capital Financial Services and Jacobs Engineering.    Following a successful career with over 15 years of increasing management roles in the training field, Mel continued to apply his passion for new communication media and technologies while a licensed agent in Orange County, California.  Mel was as an early adopter of online web-video technology, creating short property documentaries to educate agents and consumers alike for the benefit of his listing clients. 





Jay is an extremely versatile marketing professional with a unique ability to understand consumer buying behaviors and develop innovative strategies that influence buying decisions and create selling opportunities.  By utilizing a solid foundation of over 13 years operational management experience and business understanding, Jay has been able to work with over 50 companies in more than 30 industries as a marketing consultant to improve lead generation, lead conversion and marketing ROI.  Jay’s approach to marketing is fact-based and results-focused.  He combines powerful, well articulated messaging with effective go-to-market strategies powered by an exclusive technology that affordably automates complex integrated multi-step marketing campaigns to create a new paradigm for using response-driven marketing to drive sales. He has earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University's Graziado School of Business and is currently working towards an MBA. 





Robin has over 20 years of technical experience, first as a hobbyist, and then later, armed with a B.S. in Computer Applications and Networking, as IT Manager at a large real estate holding company in Southern California. Prudent system engineering allowed Robin to manage 19 locations and over 700 users with an IT staff of just two people. Robin’s experience with the real estate industry has required a full spectrum of technical skills including networking, system engineering, email management and data security management.
