RealtyU® Group Appoints New President
WALL STREET FINANCE EXPERT BILL SHUE PROMOTED

ALISO VIEJO, CA., Aug. 31, 2005
- RealtyU® Group, Inc. today announced that William “Bill”
Shue, formerly President of Caribiner International where he
successfully built the company from a start up to a $800 million
New York Stock Exchange company during a 10-year period, has
been appointed President of the RealtyU® Group, while Stefan
Swanepoel remains on as CEO and Chairman.
Subsequent to Caribiner, Shue co-founded Entreport Corporation
(American Stock Exchange) and iSucceed which became the online
mentoring leader for real estate agents delivering high quality
money-making guidelines and marketing tips, tools and strategies
content to the industry as well as private branded universities
for Coldwell Banker, REMAX, GMAC, and Prudential. Shue joined
the RealSure Group two years ago with the acquisition iSucceed
by RealSure.
RealtyU® Group is a real estate career development holding
corporation with numerous investments in the real estate education
and real estate training arena, including RealtyU, Inc., Real
Estate Professionals Society, CourseDates.com, Seller Agency
Council and Broker Agent Speakers Bureau, Inc.
Shue’s promotion has him taking over as President
and Chief Operating Officer of the RealtyU® Group effective
September 1st. According to Swanepoel RealtyU® Group growth
has necessitated the expansion in the management team. The
company currently plans additional acquisitions this year
in its drive to round out its services as the nations leading
career development company in the real estate industry. Shue
holds a BS in accounting from Rider University and a MBA in
finance from the University of Houston. He has also held various
professional licenses including CPA, insurance license, and
Securities licenses 7, 24, and 27.
