ALISO VIEJO, CA., July 13, 2005 - RealtyU®, the largest network of real estate
schools and colleges providing real estate education, continues to lead the way
in helping real estate schools provide an even higher level of service to the

At its recent mid-year conference in Myrtle Beach, RealtyU® unveiled its
latest technology enhancement, an interactive Intranet site for the 500 real
estate instructors in the network. The real estate schools in the network already
have enjoyed the convenience of an Intranet site since January 2003, and now
the instructors have their own site. The site not only provides instructors access
to courseware and real estate training materials but enables instructors to network
with other RealtyU® instructors across the country.
According to Tom Mitchell, COO of RealtyU®, "this is just our first
step in providing all of our RealtyU® Instructors with an online resource
geared specifically to their needs. The resource provides access to all the teaching
materials necessary to deliver all of the courses offered through RealtyU® as
well supplemental material and an online news source to keep pace with all of
the products and services offered by RealtyU®." "However, we believe
the greatest potential benefit for all the instructors and therefore all RealtyU® students,
is in the communication link between instructors that this site opens up," he
continued. "The interchange of teaching ideas and materials will greatly
advance our goal of raising the bar for the quality of both the delivery of the
course and the course content itself."
