ALISO VIEJO, CA, August 22, 2007 – Although Kansas and Missouri outpaced Illinois, Florida and Pennsylvania, they were no match for Texas. According to the Real Estate Apprentice Foundation, Texas had the highest number of newly licensed agents in the list of top 30 semi-finalists for the sixth Season.
The Real Estate Apprentice Foundation was founded in 2004 as a non-profit venture created to assist newly licensed agents by equipping them with quality guidance, education and products and services designed to alleviate their concerns and facilitate their rise to successful profitability. Annual grants, including education and products and services total over total $1 million every year. No other grant program in the real estate industry has done more to help newly licensed agents achieve more success. Grants have no strings attached and are sponsored by major real estate companies, service providers and industry leaders.

The names, photos, biographies and essays of the top 30 applicants are currently being evaluated by a panel of 17 independent Judges that will now make the final selection of the top 10 finalists and the ultimate grand prize winner of the $70,000 grant. Applications are evaluated on the basis of answers to essay questions that demonstrate salesmanship, communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, creativity and uniqueness.
